Shipping & returns
Return from a preorder: You can apply your return via My tickets.
Return from an online placed (re)order: You can apply your return via My orders.
To apply an exchange we need the following:
- Item name
- Number of pieces per size
After processing this data we will inform you which return amount is what can be filled in again. This is the return amount + 20%. If there is already an idea for a new order, it can already be entered. As soon as the exchange is complete, you will receive an e-mail from us with the return number, return label and return address.
To register a complaint we would like to receive an email ([email protected]) with the following information.
- Article name
- Description of the complaint
- Photo of the complaint
In the case of individual items, we assess the complaint on the basis of the photo and we provide an almost immediate answer. When it comes to a series / size arc, for example with a question about the fit, we will always have the article checked by our production department to assess whether it is a legitimate complaint. The feedback will follow within 1 week. If the items are approved for return, you will receive a confirmation by email with the return number, return label and return address.
Delivery return / exchange
Make sure that all items are in new condition. Remove all price stickes / shop stickers neatly from the hangtag. When the hangtag is damaged, (you have stickers or written prices) EUR 1,- per hangtag will be charged.
Fold the items neatly and pack them with care.
Sort the items together, the measuring bow does not have to be ordered.
Use a suitable size box in good condition and stick it with care.
Returns can be sent through the post office, return is at the sender's expense. Complaints are exchanged for a new item if possible, of course we will send this at our expense. The responsibility for the shipment lies with the sender. We advise to always keep the tracking data for each return number.
As soon as the articles are received on our mailbox, they are automatically credited. With an exchange, the new invoice and the credit note can be settled with each other.
DHL takes care of the delivery of our packages. If you place your order at Milla-Amsterdam.com, you will receive it within 3 working days. Packages are sent from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the weekend, it may take a little longer to have your package at your store. Normally the shipping costs of a reorder are € 6,95 for domestic shipments. Orders over EUR 100 do not pay shipping costs.
Milla.Amsterdam also delivers in Belgium & Germany. The delivery time is around 5 working days. The shipping costs of a reorder for a foreign shipment is € 9,95.
